The Grass Valley Community Center
Rules and Guidelines
Annual Membership Dues are required to cover the overhead costs. Members will get one key card per family and have unlimited use access except for when it is reserved.
RESDIENTS - Living in Koosharem Full-Time
Resident Members $100/year for a couple
Resident Members $150/year for a family
Resident Member $75/year for single
NON-RESIDENTS
Non-Resident Members $200/year for a couple
Non-Resident Members $400/year for a family
Non-Resident Member $100/year for single
NOTE
Kids under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult. We do have cameras that will record your use so just be respectful of the facility and take care of it so we can all enjoy it for years to come.
Reservations
The Community Center will be available for rental between Monday- Sunday 8am-10pm
The Center can be reserved for 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 hour increments. Resident Members $25/hour
Non-Resident Members $50/hour
To see if there is availability, you will need to check the calendar of availability at https://koosharem.us/calendar
There is a $100 refundable cleaning deposit if the center is left clean. You can take your $100 check and drop it in the payment box at the Community Center. You will be liable for the full cost of any repairs.
If your needs require rental on a different day and time you will need to contact Kenzie at the Koosharem Town office to make arrangements.

Can I Rent the Grass Valley Community Center for a Private Event?
Yes! You can rent 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 hour increments. It isn't available on major holidays and town events. You can see available days at https://koosharem.us/reccenterreservation
